Individual Therapy

$210/45 minutes

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.

FAQS

  • I offer 45 minute individual therapy sessions for $210/session.

  • I do not accept insurance at this time, meaning I’m an out-of-network provider. I provide monthly Superbills to clients seeking to use out-of-network benefits. You’ll send your superbill to your insurance company and they’ll send you a check for whatever they cover according to your out-of-network benefits.

  • Grab your insurance card and call the number on the back. Ask them about your out-of-network benefits and what they cover.

  • This will depend on what your out-of-network benefits are! I’d ask the following questions when you call the number on the back of your insurance card:

*Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health care provided in-person and/or via telehealth?

*How much does my insurance plan reimburse an out-of-network provider using CPT code 90834?

Payment is due in full at the time of our session.

  • There are many great benefits of seeing an out-of-network provider. These are the top 3 reasons that often lead people to working with someone who is OON.

1-Specialized Expertise and Tailored Treatment: As an out-of-network provider, I provide specialized expertise and personalized treatment plans that may not be available with in-network providers.

2-Freedom of Choice and Flexibility: Working with an out-of-network provider allows for freedom to choose a therapist who best aligns with your preferences, therapeutic goals, and personality.

3-Confidentiality and Autonomy: Clients can have more control over their treatment without insurance company interference, allowing for a more private and personalized therapy experience.

  • I do! I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, if I’m not able to accommodate you at the time, I’m happy to provide referrals.
